At Digixcity, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Whether you are purchasing a single decorative lantern or placing a bulk order for an event, our goal is to provide a seamless shipping experience from start to finish.

This Shipping Policy outlines all relevant details including shipping methods, delivery times, tracking information, international shipping, and more.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Processing time may vary based on order volume or customizations.

  • Standard Products: 1–3 business days

  • Customized or Bulk Orders: 5–10 business days, depending on order complexity

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CST) will be processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. Shipping options will be presented during checkout and may include:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days)

  • Local Pickup (available at our Weslaco, TX location)

We currently use the following carriers:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL (for international orders)


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location, the weight/size of the package, and the selected delivery method. Rates are displayed during checkout for full transparency.

  • Free Shipping: On orders over $75 (within the U.S. only)

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: Available for certain product categories


4. Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times may vary depending on your zip code and selected carrier. Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days once shipped.


5. International Shipping

Digixcity proudly ships worldwide. Please note:

  • Customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Delivery times vary by country and customs clearance.

  • International orders may take 7–21 business days or more, depending on location.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid delays.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. You may also log into your Digixcity account to view order status.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, we are not liable for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect address submission

  • Stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


8. Pre-Orders and Backorders

For items listed as pre-order or out of stock, estimated shipping dates will be clearly noted on the product page. We will notify you of any changes or delays via email.


9. In-Store Pickup

Customers near Weslaco, TX may choose free in-store pickup. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Pickups are available during business hours:

Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM


10. Address Changes & Order Edits

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. If you need to change your address, contact us within 12 hours of ordering. After the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
